TÜRSAB meeting strengthened solidarity among travel agencies

The TÜRSAB meeting held in Cappadocia strengthened solidarity among travel agencies and gave important messages about the future of the sector.

The TÜRSAB Cappadocia Regional Representative Board held a consultation meeting with travel agencies operating in the region on Monday, December 23, 2024. The meeting was full of important messages about the future of the sector and new cooperation opportunities, where problems were discussed.

The event hosted by Cappadocia BTK President Faruk Kahveci was attended by TÜRSAB Board Chairman Firuz Bağlıkaya, Vice President Davut Günaydın, Board Members Talip Aldemir and Mehmet Akyıl. Marmaris BTK President Suat Esin, Erciyes BTK President Ali Emre Mart and many travel agency representatives also attended the event.

Marmaris and Cappadocia agencies met

Before the meeting, travel agencies affiliated with Marmaris BTK visited touristic spots in Cappadocia. Following the regional tour, Marmaris and Cappadocia BTK members came together, met and evaluated new ways of cooperation. This process created a strong solidarity environment among the members.

The event began with the opening speech of Cappadocia BTK President Faruk Kahveci. Then, TÜRSAB Board of Directors President Firuz Bağlıkaya gave important messages on the future of the sector, common goals and the importance of solidarity. The event continued with a mutual exchange of ideas and sharing of solution suggestions regarding the sector.

Emphasis on gratitude and solidarity

In the statement made after the meeting, TÜRSAB Management thanked all members who participated in the event and underlined the importance of such meetings for the sector. TÜRSAB stated that they will continue to organize similar events for the development of tourism and increase cooperation between agencies.
