Radisson Hotel Group's Radisson Collection brand plans to reach 32 hotels and resorts in 19 countries by the end of this year

The Radisson Collection brand aims to reach 32 hotels and resorts in 19 countries by the end of 2022.

According to the statement made by the company, each hotel, which stands out with its locations and iconic buildings unique to the destination, promises its guests a real experience with the brand's signature food, local art and events.

The new hotels planned to open in the next few years will determine the brand's position in the luxury service segment, building on the success and legacy of Radisson Collection's existing hotels.

The restaurants in Radisson Collection hotels, which consider discovering new and different cuisines as an essential part of travel, are designed as social destinations for both local guests and world-traveling travelers.

Michelin-starred Chef Eneko Atxa’s cuisine is available at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Grand Place Brussels in Brussels, the Eneko Basque Brussels restaurant and the Eneko Basque Sevilla restaurant at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Magdalena Plaza Sevilla.

Eneko Basque offers Basque cuisine. Eneko Axta, who introduced his new innovative restaurant NKO by Eneko with the opening of the Radisson Collection Hotel, Gran Via Bilbao earlier this year, brings together the spirit of traditional Basque and Japanese cuisines.

The Michelin-starred restaurant Les Loges in Lyon, which is undergoing renovation along with the hotel it is located in, will reopen in early 2023 with the Radisson Collection Hotel, Cour Des Loges Lyon, which will re-open with a luxurious touch to the hotel’s cultural heritage.

Thanks to Chef Anthony Bonnet and his team, the restaurant has become one of the attractive destinations in Lyon. Set in a stunning Florentine courtyard and surrounded by a dazzling 17-metre-high glass dome, Les Loges combines the romance of Renaissance dining with the finest French ingredients and modern techniques.

The recently opened Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel, is set to become one of the brand’s signature culinary venues as a branch of New York’s Michelin-starred Carbone Restaurant, which will open later this year.

Curious travellers encounter local art and culture

While Radisson Collection hotels host works by renowned local and international artists, many of the hotels also embrace the architectural heritage of the buildings they are located in.

Reflecting local art and culture in their décor and spirit, each venue in Radisson Collection hotels offers guests a unique experience. Through local collaborations, guests have the chance to see the works of local artists and artisans, from lacework to opera, from pottery to handicrafts.

Radisson Collection hotels, located in dynamic cities, are a springboard for travellers to explore and discover, thanks to their carefully selected central locations.

Launched in 2021, Radisson Collection’s ongoing art event, Global Art Series, has been brought to life through a series of collaborations with artists to highlight iconic locations at Radisson Collection hotels. The first collaboration in the series was with illustrator Fei Wang.

The artist’s works have been exhibited at The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel in London and at Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Touring Club Milan in Milan. In his second collaboration with Radisson Collection, artist Rich McCor uses custom-made papers that transform and embellish the hotel and its surroundings, taking up residence at Radisson Collection Hotel, Gran Via Bilbao.

Rich McCor has also applied his art technique to exploring Radisson Collection hotels in Bilbao, as well as Manchester, Berlin, Stockholm and Copenhagen. The launch of Radisson Collection’s third collaboration was recently held at Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani Venice, which features the work of surrealist photographer Minh T.

The artist’s artistic vision of the Cannaregio district, where the Venetian hotel is located on the canal, is currently on display in an exhibition at the hotel and via social media. Radisson Collection’s Global Art Series event won a Gold Award at the Travel Weekly Magellan Awards in October 2022 for its social media campaign.
