Radisson Hotel Launches "New Career Development Offer"

Radisson Hotel Group has launched its first Global Career Month online in September 2023 to offer more interactive and digital development opportunities, according to a statement from the company.

At the inaugural Career Month, over 45 internal and external speakers, including all members of the Radisson Hotel Group Executive Board, hosted over 40 engaging and targeted virtual sessions.

These sessions brought together over 1,000 team members online each day, reaching over 3,000 attendees during ‘Career Month’ and creating a local impact through on-site activations.

The Group offers a wide range of career and advancement opportunities to support the professional and personal development of its more than 70,000 team members.

Inigo Capell, Vice President of Global Human Resources at Radisson Hotel Group, whose views were included in the statement, stated that as Radisson Hotel Group, they are constantly attracting and developing new talent.
