According to a statement from the company, Radisson Hotel Group is organizing its first 'Diversity Week' in line with this year's International Women's Day theme of 'Inspire Inclusion'.

The event aims to support diversity in the workplace, encourage meaningful conversations about inclusion and equality in growth opportunities, and foster open dialogue about gender, culture, and minorities.

Inigo Capell, Global Human Resources President of Radisson Hotel Group, stated that they celebrate diversity across all cultures, races, genders, talents, and generations.

Capell said, 'We want to continue to nurture a culture of openness, inclusivity, and progress for all. According to Forbes, as the world’s third best employer in the travel industry, we strongly believe that when we inspire our team members to understand and value each other’s unique perspectives, together we can create a better workplace and ultimately a better world.’

As part of its ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’ (DEI) strategy, Radisson Hotel Group supports more women in leadership roles within the company, aiming to have 50 percent of its leadership team be female by 2030.

The group also promotes gender equality and inclusion with a dedicated talent pool created to identify female talent with the potential to advance to leadership roles, both inside and outside the company.
