Industrial Production Index, May 2020

Industrial production decreased by 19.9% annually

When the subsectors of the industry (based on 2015=100) were examined, mining and quarrying index decreased by 14.2%, manufacturing index decreased by 20.6% and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index decreased by 13.3% in May 2020, compared with same month of previous year.



Industrial production increased by 17.4% monthly
 
When the subsectors of the industry were examined, mining and quarrying index increased by 4.5%, manufacturing index increased by 19.3% and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index increased by 4.9% in May 2020, compared with previous month.
