Industrial Production Index, December 2019

Industrial production increased by 8.6% annually

When the subsectors of the industry (based on 2015=100) were examined, mining and quarrying index increased by 9.8%, manufacturing index increased by 9.1% and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index increased by 0.3% in December 2019, compared with same month of previous year.  



Industrial production increased by 1.9% monthly
 
When the subsectors of the industry were examined, mining and quarrying index increased by 4.1%, manufacturing index increased by 1.9% and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index increased by 0.8% in December 2019, compared with previous month.





Industrial production increased by 5.8% compared with the same quarter of the previous year
 
In the fourth quarter of 2019, calendar adjusted industrial production increased by 5.8% compared with the same quarter of the previous year. The seasonally and calendar adjusted industrial production increased by 1.5% compared with the previous quarter.
