6 Tourism Lands in 3 Provinces to be Sold for 788 Million TL

6 tourism zoned lands in 3 provinces were put up for sale with a reserve price of 788 million TL.

The Housing Development Administration, affiliated with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, put 563 various lands on sale in 46 provinces.

The lands put up for sale include 6 tourism zoned lands in Afyonkarahisar, Istanbul and Mersin.

The total reserve price determined for the lands was 788 million TL.

The sale of the lands will be held by open auction on January 9-10, 2025 at 10:30 at TOKİ's Istanbul Service Building and Ankara Bilkent Hotel and Conference Hall.

In the sales, 25 percent down payment and 48 months term; 40 percent down payment and 36 months term options were offered. In the 25 percent down payment - 48-month term option, the PPI rate will be applied at a maximum of 12.5 percent for a 6-month period, and the annual PPI increase rate will be applied at a maximum of 25 percent. In the 40 percent down payment - 36-month term option, the PPI rate will be applied at a maximum of 7.5 percent for a 6-month period, and the annual PPI increase rate will be applied at a maximum of 15 percent. 2 thousand 974 square meters of tourism trade zoned land + road + park zoned land located on island 273, parcel 1 in Sadıkbey Neighborhood, Central district, with a reserve price of 7 million 20 thousand TL,

10 thousand 465 square meters of trade + tourism + housing + daily facility area + park area + road zoned land located on island 144, parcel 1 in Yeniköy Neighborhood, Arnavutköy 115 million 118 thousand TL reserve price

The 2,495 square meter tourism facility area + road zoned land located in Şile's Domalı Neighborhood, island 3021, parcel 8, was put up for sale for a reserve price of 27 million 978 thousand TL,

Mersin

The 26,085 square meter tourism facility area zoned land located in Mersin's Koyuncu Neighborhood, island 6, parcel 48, was put up for sale for a reserve price of 616 million 67 thousand TL.
